To qualify, groups must utilize a minimum of 30,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space and 150 hotel rooms on a peak night. The contract must be signed by July 15, 2008, and accompanied by a 25% deposit. A minimum of $20,000 in food and beverage expenditures (excluding tax and service charge) must be met to qualify for the reception (valued up to $4,000).
