Safety Precautions

The Shreveport Convention Center is committed to providing a safe and friendly environment for our patrons, clients and employees. Our Security Department is a 24/7 presence that monitors interior and exterior spaces, including parking lots and our 4-level garage. In addition, we maintain strong relationships with the Shreveport Police Department, as well as several state and federal law enforcement agencies. The Shreveport Police Department assigns officers to the facility on a regular basis. For safety reasons, patrons may be refused entry, ejected and/or banned from the property for possession of prohibited items and/or violation of building policy.
