Exhibit Halls- First Floor

The Exhibit Halls at the Shreveport Convention Center offer over 95,000 square feet of flexible event space designed to accommodate trade shows, conventions, expos, banquets, sporting events, and large-scale gatherings. The halls can be divided into three separate spaces using airwalls, allowing for multiple events or customized room configurations. With convenient loading access, high ceilings, built in concession areas, and versatile floor plans, the Exhibit Halls provide the flexibility and functionality needed to bring events of all sizes to life.

Second Floor Prefunction

The Second Floor Prefunction Area offers an elegant and versatile gathering space overlooking the heart of the Shreveport Convention Center. Located just outside the meeting rooms and ballroom spaces, this expansive area is ideal for registration, networking, cocktail receptions, vendor displays, and event breaks. Guests can enjoy access to the open-air balconies, which provide stunning views of downtown Shreveport, creating a unique setting for conversation, relaxation, and memorable event moments.

Captain Shreve Ballroom- Second Floor

The Captain Shreve Ballroom is one of the Shreveport Convention Center’s most versatile event spaces, offering a grand setting that can be transformed to meet a wide range of event needs. Designed with flexibility in mind, the ballroom can be divided into four separate rooms using airwalls: Ballroom A (5,060 sq. ft.), Ballroom B (7,150 sq. ft.), Ballroom C (2,760 sq. ft.), and Ballroom D (2,254 sq. ft.). This adaptable layout makes it ideal for conferences, banquets, meetings, and multi-session events, allowing planners to customize the space while maintaining a seamless flow and professional atmosphere.

Meeting Rooms- Second Floor

The Shreveport Convention Center features 10 flexible meeting rooms, designed to adapt seamlessly to events of all sizes. Rooms 201–205 and 206–210 can be used as individual breakout spaces or opened up with airwalls to create larger, combined rooms for expanded sessions, workshops, or group functions. This versatile configuration allows planners to customize layouts for everything from intimate meetings to mid-sized conferences.

Red River Board Room- Second Floor

The Red River Boardroom is a private, upscale space designed for executive meetings and VIP gatherings. Featuring a grand entryway and its own private restrooms, it offers both convenience and exclusivity for guests. Surrounding windows bring in natural light and create an open, elevated atmosphere with views that enhance the experience. Inside the suite is a dedicated small conference room, providing a focused setting for breakout discussions or leadership meetings, making the Red River Boardroom a polished and highly functional space for important conversations.
